What are your hours?
The service and phone assistance run from 5:00 to 21:00. On WhatsApp you can send your booking at any time of day and we confirm as soon as possible. Assistance is always in Spanish.
How far in advance should I book?
For immediate trips within opening hours, call us and we will tell you the arrival time. For airport transfers or long journeys we recommend booking at least a few hours ahead, and the day before if the pick-up is early in the morning.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, card and Bizum. Companies can open an account with us and receive a single monthly invoice covering every trip.
How is the price worked out?
We charge the official Madrid taxi fares, set by the meter. The trip between the airport and inside the M-30 has a fixed official fare of €33. For every other trip we give you an accurate estimate before you book; the final amount may vary slightly with traffic and route, but with no surprises.
How many passengers and suitcases fit?
The vehicle takes up to 4 passengers with luggage. For a larger group, call us and we will arrange it.
Do you travel outside Madrid?
Yes, we do long-distance trips anywhere in Spain at economical rates.
When I create the shortcut, does it install an app on my phone?
No: the 'Create shortcut' button only guides you to add a link icon to your home screen, just like a bookmark. No app is downloaded or installed, so your phone should not show any security warning when you do it.
