Its purpose is to provide information about the taxi services offered by the owner in Coslada, the Corredor del Henares, Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport and the surrounding area, and to enable contact for booking them. Accessing this site grants the condition of user and implies acceptance of these terms.

3. Taxi service terms and prices

The taxi service is provided directly by the licence holder; this website is not an intermediary platform between customers and drivers. The activity is subject to the passenger-transport regulations of Madrid City Council and the Region of Madrid, and operates within the Madrid joint service area (Área de Prestación Conjunta).

The prices shown on the site, including those of the price calculator, are estimates based on the official Madrid taxi tariffs in force. The final fare is determined by the approved taximeter, except for the official fixed fare set for the trip between the airport and inside the M-30. Estimates do not include traffic incidents or unforeseen waiting time and may vary.

Bookings are requested by phone or WhatsApp and are confirmed once the owner replies confirming the pick-up.

4. Intellectual property

The trade name "Taxi Driver Coslada" and the associated graphic elements belong to the owner. All content on this website (text, images, design and source code) belongs to the owner or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law. Its reproduction, distribution, public communication or modification without express authorisation is prohibited.

5. Terms of use of the website

The user agrees to make appropriate use of the content and not to use it for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms third parties, nor to introduce malicious software or attempt to damage the site's systems.

6. Limitation of liability

The owner is not liable for:

• Delays or service incidents caused by traffic conditions, adverse weather or other events of force majeure.
• The temporary unavailability of the website for technical or maintenance reasons.
