2. Data we process and purpose

This website has no contact forms. Bookings are made by phone or WhatsApp. When you contact us by those means or by email, we process the data you provide (name, phone number, pick-up and destination addresses and service details) in order to manage and provide the requested taxi service.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in handling your enquiry.

4. Retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary to provide the service and, thereafter, for the periods required by law (for example, tax and accounting obligations).

5. WhatsApp messages

If you message us on WhatsApp, the communication takes place through that platform, whose provider may process metadata under its own privacy policy. We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to santi_tx@hotmail.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against alteration, loss or unauthorised access.

8. Google Maps

The "Service area" section and the price calculator can show a Google Maps map. This resource is only loaded if you consent to it. When you do, Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC process your IP address and data about your use of the map as independent controllers, under their own privacy policy, which may involve an international transfer to the United States covered by the safeguards adopted by Google. 9. Price calculator

The price calculator does not send us your addresses or store them. To work, it contacts — only with your consent — Photon (Komoot GmbH) and OSRM (FOSSGIS e.V.), both in the European Union, which process your IP address and the search text as independent controllers under their own policies. The result is an indicative estimate and is not a binding quote; only the trip between the airport and inside the M-30 has an official fixed price.
